We called, and to our relief he was able to come out the very same day. Jesus efficiently and professionally replaced the water spigot valve assembly, and his calm confidence immediately put us at ease.
While he was at our home, he also noticed that our hot water heater was leaking—something we hadn’t caught yet. He took the time to look into the warranty for us and recommended that it be replaced. Because of his thoroughness, we not only got a new water heater at no charge, but we were also spared from what could have been significant water damage. His attention to detail truly made a difference.
It was an easy decision to call him again when we suspected a potential leak in our shower. Jesus came out, inspected everything carefully, even using a camera to check inside the walls, and reviewed a repair my husband had made to make sure it was done correctly. Not only does Jesus @ Pipes Plus shows up when he says he will, performs top shelf workmanship from simple annual filter replacement of under sink RO set-up’s, to more complex work involving drilling through the side of my home. The key is his personal drive to provide best efforts (including a drive to the local parts store for better fitting supplies at the end of the day when most people are tired and would call it a day) in the product he installs and the manner he installs it.
